BREATHE IN PEACE, BREATHE OUT FEAR

Grateful for every sound, sight, and sense, Rebecca Alexander is an award-winning author, psychotherapist, keynote speaker, group fitness instructor, disability advocate, and extreme athlete who is almost completely blind and deaf. Despite having Usher Syndrome type III, Rebecca refuses to lose her drive and zest for life and rises above and beyond every challenge she faces.

HUMANITY’S ESSENCE IS GIVING HELP AND RECEIVING HELP

“There is no purer form of humanity then offering help, accepting help, helping yourself, and receiving help. When you ask someone for help, you are letting them know that they are needed. There is nothing we want more in this life than to know that we matter.”
